Holiday of Lights Decorating Contest

Shine bright this holiday season by joining the Grover Beach Holiday of Lights Decorating Contest, a citywide tradition that celebrates creativity, community pride, and festive flair. Residents and businesses are invited to deck out their homes and storefronts with lights, animation, and unique displays that spread joy throughout the city.

Categories include Best Overall Display, Best Use of Animation or Craftsmanship, and the fan-favorite Clark Griswold Award for the most extraordinary use of lights. Local businesses also compete for top honors in design and creativity.

Submissions are simple, just email photos or videos of your dazzling display to [email protected]. Winners will be announced at the December Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Commission Meeting at City Hall.
